    <content type="html">Well, the eating part is going great. But I think I'm going to have to take this a little slower than intended. I know i'm not supposed to have like any soda while i'm on atkins and there's like 27grams of carbs in 8oz. But I can't sit there and just 100% switch to diet or no soda, on just a whim. I can try...but I can't promise it, so i'm not forcing myself to. If right now this week I can successfully get through eating low carb, I'll be damn proud of myself...for I am one who is quite 'carb obsessed'.</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Well, things are underway. Went shopping and got all the food I'll need for at least the next 2 weeks. Of course there are a couple little things that I'll need to pick up but that's not a big deal. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, here are my starting stats:&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Starting my diet</title>

    <content type="html">Well, I had every intention of starting my diet today....until I realized that I'm a moron and today isn't August 1st. Its not very often that a month starts on a Monday, so that is when I'll be starting. Kinda shares double duty since its also my grandmas birthday and she's been bugging me for a long time to lose weight, so If I start on her birthday maybe it will be good luck for me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to do all the necessary shopping today. Just gotta figure out how to spend as little as possible because I am pretty much broke. Looks like I'm going to be doing Atkins again. Its the only thing that didn't make me feel completely starved and I still lost weight on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just can't wait to get this thing started, I've got so many people trying to sabotage me and tell me that I can't do it, it will be fun rubbing it in their faces.</content>
